Support for Individuals and Families

Evidence-Based Counselling for Eating Disorders

Eating disorders are serious, complex illnesses that affect both the individual and the people who care about them. They often emerge during times of transition and can take an emotional toll on families who are trying to understand what is happening and how best to help.

Virtual and onsite appointments available.

With the right support, individuals and families can begin to better understand what is happening and take meaningful steps forward.

A Supportive and Collaborative Approach

Treatment focuses on helping individuals and families better understand eating disorders while creating a path toward recovery that is grounded in both science and compassion. My approach to care is collaborative and often involves working alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, schools, and other supports to ensure treatment is coordinated and safe.

I support caregivers by helping them build confidence in responding in ways that focus on nutritional rehabilitation and interrupting eating disorder behaviours.

Areas of Focus

Who I Work With

I work with individuals and families affected by eating disorders, including those experiencing anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, ARFID, OSFED, and binge eating disorder. Support is available for adolescents, transitional age youth, adults, and for parents and caregivers who are navigating how to support a loved one through recovery.

Each situation is unique, and treatment is tailored to the needs of the individual and family.

Your First Step

Beginning the Process

Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, especially when there are many unknowns. The first step begins with a discovery call, where we can talk through your concerns, discuss what you are noticing, and explore whether this approach feels like the right fit.

From there, a comprehensive assessment helps guide treatment planning and ensures that care is thoughtful, structured, and responsive to your needs.
